How do I save a clinic?
Open a clinic in the directory and choose “Save to My Search.” Sign in when prompted. Your saved clinics are kept in My FADC.
Does saving mean I’ve joined a waitlist?
No. Saving helps you organize your search. Contact the clinic directly to confirm availability, ask about a waitlist or book an appointment.
How do I come back?
Return to My FADC and enter the same email address. Open the one-time link in your email to access your account.
Is this a medical record?
No. My FADC is a navigation tool, not a medical record or emergency service. It does not guarantee acceptance by a clinic.
