Canada-wide activity in the 24-hour window ending at the displayed snapshot time. These are directory-processing counts, not new clinic openings or appointments.

How the totals add up

The four status categories are parts of the same public-listing total. Do not add the total to those categories. Records marked stale can already be included in “Call to confirm”; the stale count is not an extra category.

Accepting, waitlist/limited and not-accepting counts use approved explicit statuses within the existing 90-day freshness window. “Reported accepting” is not a guarantee, a real-time appointment feed or proof of confirmation by telephone.

Newly added listings use a 24-hour window. Recorded status changes use a seven-day window. They overlap with the current directory and must not be added to its total.
