I’m trying to make local updates more useful without sharing personal information. Would the city, date contacted and what the clinic said be enough?

yeah MapleNorth23 that sounds useful. City, date contacted and the non private intake answer give people useful context.

Do not include private health information, phone numbers, emails or health card details.
