1. Who can become a partner?
Organizations offering relevant community, disability, caregiver, family, newcomer, senior, education or navigation support in Canada may apply. FADC serves anyone seeking a clearer path to care, not only one age group or community.
2. How are listings reviewed?
We consider relevance, accuracy, public usefulness, service clarity and transparent costs. Submission does not guarantee inclusion. A community listing is not a clinical endorsement, and no reciprocal link is required.
3. Is there a cost to partner with FADC?
Submitting an inquiry does not authorize a charge. Any costs or scope for a proposed collaboration will be discussed before you agree. FADC’s public directory, tools and navigation support are free for Canadians.
4. Can we collaborate on co-branded resources?
You can propose a local guide, checklist, workshop or other useful resource. Co-branding and use of either organization’s name or logo require permission. These options are reviewed individually, not automatically provided.
5. How will we know if our partnership is making an impact?
We can discuss an appropriate way to measure resource use, such as a dedicated referral link or QR code. Availability and reporting scope must be agreed first. Website engagement does not prove that someone found a doctor.
