I am helping a family member organize appointments and clinic calls. Which public resources or community organizations were easiest to use?

Please include the date of any clinic update so other readers can judge how current it is

The provincial registration page is a good starting point, and 211 may also know about local navigation supports.

Do not include private health information, phone numbers, emails or health card details.
