I have several clinics to contact and want to keep the information current. What system has helped you track calls, waitlists and follow ups?

I saved confirmation numbers and copies of forms so I could follow up without starting over.

The provincial registration page is a good starting point, and 211 may also know about local navigation supports.

The city room may have more recent local experiences, but I would still verify every lead directly.
