I'm trying to understand the most useful first steps in Toronto. I'd appreciate recent experiences, especially when the clinic or program was contacted.

Ask whether the clinic accepts online forms, phone intake or both, and when the information was last updated.

Do not include private health information, phone numbers, emails or health card details.
