Who are you organizing the doctor search for?

This tells us whether the call is about one person or needs family and caregiver coordination.

02Main roadblock

What is making the search feel stuck today?

Choose the closest answer. The recommendation will account for both the roadblock and the amount of support requested.

Step 2: choose the closest roadblock.
03Support level

How much help would actually feel useful?

Choose the smaller option when one focused answer is enough. Choose a complete plan when several actions need to be put in order.

Final step: the best fit appears immediately.

Quick Navigation Call

Your answers point to one focused roadblock. A 20-minute call should be enough to clarify the immediate next move without paying for a longer session.

$2520 minutes · CAD
Focused on one practical question Includes a short written next-step summary

Doctor Search Plan

Your answers suggest that several pathways, clinic contacts or follow-up tasks need to be organized into a realistic sequence.

$4945 minutes · CAD
Several next steps put in a workable order Includes a written roadmap by email

Family / Caregiver Support

Your answers involve another person or several family members. That usually means more information, more coordination and more to organize during and after the call.

$5945 minutes · CAD
Tasks separated by person and priority Includes a written caregiver summary
Three ways we can help

What happens on the call

You will know what to expect before you book.

01 Before

Bring your city or province, the clinics or waitlists already tried, and the one question causing the most confusion. Screenshots and messy notes are completely fine.

02 During

We identify the main roadblock, review the most relevant public pathways, and put the next actions in a realistic order. This is navigation support, not medical advice.

03 After

You leave with clear priorities and receive a short written email summary containing the next steps, useful links, and the follow-up items discussed.

Fair service-delivery policy—not an unlimited refund promise.

If the call cannot be delivered as described, contact us within 7 days and we will review a rebooking or refund. Clinic outcomes and acceptance are outside our control.

If cost is a barrier, email us.

Contact hello@findadoctorcanada.ca. We will look for a workable option without promising that every request can be accommodated.

Most people can do this with our free guides and tools—and that is genuinely fine.

Start with the Free Tools or Province Guides. Paid calls are optional.

Who you will be talking to

Human support from people who understand the system.

Calls are handled by social service worker graduates with frontline community-services experience. They have supported people who could not find a doctor and understand how exhausting the search can become.

  • One primary navigator leads the phone call.
  • The team provides navigation support, not medical advice.
  • Staff names stay private because several team members still work in frontline services.
YOUR NEXT-STEP SUMMARY What arrives by email

1. Your top priorities

2. Useful public links and clinic-search pathways

3. Follow-up actions in a realistic order

No vague “good luck” ending.

You leave the call with a clear direction and a short written record of what was discussed.
