For urgent symptoms, contact 811 or emergency services rather than waiting for a community reply.

The provincial registration page is a good starting point, and 211 may also know about local navigation supports

I found it useful to keep a dated list of every clinic or program contacted, including whether the answer was accepting, waitlist or not accepting.

I would ask whether the clinic has a cancellation list and when they recommend checking again

Do not include private health information, phone numbers, emails or health card details.
