I recently completed the registration steps and am trying to understand what usually happens next while searching for ongoing primary care.

I found it useful to keep a dated list of every clinic or program contacted, including whether the answer was accepting, waitlist or not accepting.
I would ask whether the clinic has a cancellation list and when they recommend checking again
