I'm trying to understand the most useful first steps in London. I'd appreciate recent experiences, especially when the clinic or program was contacted.
Ask whether the clinic accepts online forms, phone intake or both, and when the information was last updated.
I found it useful to keep a dated list of every clinic or program contacted, including whether the answer was accepting, waitlist or not accepting.
