I have several clinics to contact and want to keep the information current. What system has helped you track calls, waitlists and follow ups?
Ask whether the clinic accepts online forms, phone intake or both, and when the information was last updated
I found it useful to keep a dated list of every clinic or program contacted, including whether the answer was accepting, waitlist or not accepting.
