i am trying to search efficiently without creating duplicate work for clinics. How did others balance provincial lists, clinic forms and direct calls?

The city room may have more recent local experiences, but I'd still verify every lead directly.

I found it useful to keep a dated list of every clinic or program contacted, including whether the answer was accepting, waitlist or not accepting
