for people using the Ontario room, what belongs in a simple doctor search tracker so follow ups do not get lost?

Registry or attachment questions should be confirmed through the current official Ontario service channel. tho. clinic stuff can change quick
agree with HelpfulHeart on that. A tracker can use clinic names privately while the public room needs only a city and non identifying status update.
